At least 14 days before arriving in Samoa, fax a completed Intent to Marry form, along with your birth certificates and passports (plus divorce documentation or a spouse’s death certificate if relevant) to the Ministry of Justice in Apia. You’ll need to make sure you’re in Samoa at least a few days before your wedding, and will have to pay a nominal fee to the Ministry of Justice.
According to Tourism Samoa, the weather in Samoa is warm, muggy and sunny outside of the rainy season. Samoa has a tropical climate, with a rainy season from November to April. There is also a chance of typhoons during December to March.
