Wedding Package 

The Intimate Vow wedding package includes:

• Commemorative ceremonial certificate from The Samaya Seminyak
• Marriage celebrant
• Local white frangipani or rose posy for the Bride and boutonniere for the Groom
• White fresh flower arch or with white canopy
• Loose flower petals on the wedding altar
• Flower confetti
• White tiffany chair with white bows for the attendees for 30 persons
• Standard sound system with microphone
• Standing welcome board with flower decoration
• The Samaya Seminyak signature welcome drink for up to 30 persons
• Wedding gift for Bride and Groom
• One hour Balinese Rindik musician and Balinese attired shower girl
• Two nights stay at One Bedroom Pool villa (beach side) for bride and groom only
• Use of preparation room for up to 4 (four) hours

Other Terms & Conditions:

• The above rates are subject to 21% of government tax and service charge
• Standard set up rate is based on maximum attendees of 100 persons
• Additional charges of IDR 600,000 ++/person are applied for an additional number of attendees
• Wedding Package is based on minimum 30 attendees and maximum 100 attendees
• Wet weather arrangements; tent(s) arrangements with additional costs for the reception and dinner shall be indispensable
• The Samaya Seminyak accepts no obligation to refund any cost unused caused by any force major or weather conditions
• These offered wedding packages are valid during low seasons only. Which is no events or weddings during the rainy season period*
• Additional flower decorations are available upon request at an additional charge
• Any benefit not taken advantage of, is not redeemable
• Deposit: a down payment of 50% of the total estimated expenses must be settled in advance to the hotel at the agreed time upon confirmation
• Rates/prices are subject to change with advance notice
• There will be additional fees other than the arrangement and benefit stated above in
